Check your order status in the drop down menu.
Enter your Name and Transaction Ref. (6 letters) then click "Confirm " and follow the instructions.

Rest assured, it’s very simple.
- Click on "Manage my orders"
- Enter your reference number and the name under which the option was placed
- Click on the "finalise your payment” link
Then select your type of bank card and enter its number with the expiry date and security code (last 3 figures on the back of the card).

After your payment on-line on
www.tgv-europe.com, you will be given your 6-character dossier reference number on the confirmation page for your order.
For every order placed using the
www.tgv-europe.com site, you will receive a reservation confirmation message whether or not an on-line payment was made.
This electronic message provides you with the details of your order as well as your 6-character dossier reference number.

5My order confirmation e-mail does not mention any dossier reference number

When you receive a confirmation e-mail without an SNCF 6-character dossier reference number and without any itinerary details, there is no order recorded.
- You had most certainly reached the payment pages but the banking transaction did not complete.
- If the selected product requires on-line payment, the reservation is not recorded if the payment did not actually take place (Prem's rate, Prem’s Good Plans on the Net rate).
For rates where on-line payment is not mandatory, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your dossier reference number as well as a deadline date for payment/retrieval.

7I would like to obtain an invoice for my train ticket reservation.

SNCF does not issue invoices and only the ticket itself is accepted as an accounting document.
Moreover, VAT on transport cannot be recovered, and that is why SNCF is not required to display this.

8I deleted the confirmation message by mistake

The confirmation message is generated automatically and cannot be sent again.
If you cannot find your 6 letter reference code, you can find your booking using our search engine Click
here.
Then enter the following criteria:
- Name and first name in which the order was made
- E-mail address used for the order
- Month in which your order was made
If the search engine finds the booking, it will automatically send confirmation to the e-mail address entered when ordering.
