In France: you can retrieve your tickets in a French station with the bank card that was used to pay for it.

In Belgium :

Boutique RAIL EUROPE
Galerie Porte Louise, n°255, Magasin 27
1050 Brussel

Open Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.30 and Saturday from 11.00 to 17.00.

Attention : for every withdrawal of tickets in a SNCF boutique outside of France, an additional 7€ will be charged on the spot.

To retrieve the ticket at an SNCF boutique, you will need:

  • Your dossier reference number (6 characters)
  • The name associated with this reference
  • The bank card that was used to pay for the tickets on line

2I chose to retrieve the ticket at the Brussels SNCF boutique. I will not be able to show the bank card that was used to pay for the tickets on line

You do not have the bank card that was used to make the on-line payment (CB stolen, lost, renewed, belongs to another person, etc.)

For reasons of security, the bank card that was used to pay for the tickets on-line must be shown in order to retrieve them from an SNCF boutique.

This is stipulated:

  • On the bank card type selection page
  • The SNCF general terms of sale that you accepted when you confirmed your order.
The only solution is to cancel your ticket before the day of departure in order to avoid cancelation penalties.

Please note, some rates cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.
